The Orchestra Cup began in 2002. Since its debut, the program has featured America's most outstanding High School Orchestras. From chamber ensembles to full symphony orchestras, thousands of young musicians have taken part in our nations most prestigious and nationally acclaimed festival. Though each year only one group takes home the coveted Orchestra Cup , every orchestra that takes the stage does so with the class and dignity befitting the best ensembles in the country. Alice Tully Hall at New York's Lincoln Center provides the ideal setting and incomparable acoustics for this program.
